SHIFTER
MALE
EIGHTEEN
APPEARANCE
Alex averages to a 5’7 height, making him a few inches taller then his mother but shorter then his father by a couple of inches. He has nice smooth, peach skin sometimes darker due to Alex standing out in the sun most of the time. The male has yellow hair, his hair length touching his shoulders with a couple of strands of his hair appearing behind his neck. At the top of his head, he has a piece of hair that sticks out. No matter how hard you try it won’t stay down. Accessory wise, Alex has one piece of yellow earrings on both of his ears.
Due to Alex being a shifter and unable to fully control his shifting, Alex is mostly seen with yellow cat ears planted on the top of his head. His ears color matches his hair, making it easier for him to hide his ears by either flattening them or trying to brush his hair over his ears in general. They have a small amount of white fur inside of the ear. His ears would twitch occasionally and are very sensitive. Just a small tug would make Alex yelp.

HISTORY
Alex's family grew an interest in fishing. Alex's father became a fisher and was usually the one that brought home fish while his mother cooked the meal. His father would leave out early in the morning to go fishing then come back home at sunset with a lot of fish for them to eat. Besides cooking, his mother would either be running errands or gardening. When Alex was a child, he would always get excited about going fishing with his father, always mentioning he'll catch the most fish or challenge his father into a fishing contest. (Which never happened since his father always told him he was too young to challenge him). It was finally until he grew a bit older his father would allow him to go fishing on his own instead. This brought excitement to the teen even though his experience with fishing defiantly needs some work. Sometimes Alex would end up losing patience or he’ll end up missing a couple of fish.
On the first day of fishing alone it didn’t turn out to be the greatest day of his life but he’ll admit it did get a little better towards the end. Let’s just say it was a bad day for him to go fishing since his fishing skills seemed to have gone down the drain or got locked up in somewhere in his room and he had forgotten to bring it with him. He was unable to catch anything for the past few hours within the morning. This had caused frustration to the blonde; sitting on the sand patiently waiting for his fishing rod to get tugged but so far no bites. When he did get a few bites he would end him missing it or was too slow to catch them. A couple of hours passed by and he still had an empty bucket, only a lonely liquid waiting for someone or something to swim in it. A sigh had escaped from Alex mouth, getting ready to stand on his two feet to call it a day until he spotted something by the corner of his eye. There he had spotted a stray cat walking over to the ocean water. Alex didn’t pay a mind to it, going back over to his fishing ware to pick up his supplies until he suddenly heard a splash coming from the water. This had quickly caught Alex attention when he watched the stray cat catching fish one after another. Alex puffed his cheeks annoyed at the fact that this cat is catching more fish then he is! He can’t walk back home telling his father that a cat took his pray that would be embarrassing! The teen decided to do another round of fishing, hopefully he’ll be able to catch fish this time and not fail horribly then earlier.
As the day finally turned to sunset, the empty bucket of water finally had at least 5 fishes swimming inside. The male sighed for relief, looked over to the cat that had stayed by his side throughout the day, bent down and had started making swishing noises. The cat hesitated for a few minutes before slowly moving over to the teen. Alex had pet the cat softly on its head, handing the cat a small piece of fish that he had caught as a thank you gift. The cat sniffed the fish a couple of times before placing it in its mouth then ran off. Part of him believes if it wasn’t for this catch showing him how to fish then he would’ve walked home empty handed. That would’ve been embarrassing and his father would’ve been disappointed in him. It was until the next morning Alex had waken up the next morning to notice that he had completely changed. Well first of all he tried to get out of the bed then ended up failing mainly because he ended up hitting his face on the ground; second it was difficult for him to walk around but when he finally managed to get to his mirror lets just say it wasn't a pretty sight to see. It turns out that Alex had shifted into a cat since he had made some sort of physical contact with a cat. That sounds familiar doesn't it? Once he was able to switch back to normal, he had left some after effect and that is his cat ear! Since he is unable to control his shifting since his father wants him to figure it out on his own, Alex walks around with yellow cat ears on top of his head. If you happen to see him walking by, don't even bother asking him about it because he'll get snappy.
